Adopting a three-dimensional network microporous structure, it converts sound energy into heat through air friction, fiber vibration and micropore resonance, achieving broadband sound absorption. With NRC 0.8~1.1, its sound absorption coefficient is stably above 0.7 in 125~4000Hz (core frequency band of noise), up to 0.95 at high frequencies. It effectively suppresses echo, controls reverberation, improves sound clarity, and fits both professional and ordinary noise reduction needs without additional materials. 

2. Environmentally Friendly & Formaldehyde-Free, Meeting International Environmental Standards

Made of 100% virgin polyester fiber or recycled PET flakes, integrally formed by high-temperature hot pressing, it contains no formaldehyde, benzene, VOC or other harmful pollutants. Non-toxic and odorless, it meets GB 18585-2021 E1 level, EU E0 level and US CARB P2 level, and can be directly used in closed indoor spaces, suitable for scenarios with strict environmental requirements.

3. Class B1 Flame Retardant, Meeting Safety Standards

Tested to meet GB 8624-2012 Class B1 flame retardant standard, it is a flame-retardant material that self-extinguishes away from fire, with no drips or toxic smoke. It does not spread open flame, delays fire spread, and complies with fire protection specifications for public buildings, widely applicable to office buildings, gymnasiums, cinemas, etc.

4. Moisture & Mold Resistant with Strong Physical Stability

Polyester fiber has excellent hydrophobicity, with panel water content ≤1%. It is non-absorbent, moisture-proof, and free from mildew, warping, deformation and cracking, with a service life of more than 15 years. It maintains stability even in humid environments without additional moisture-proof treatment, reducing maintenance costs.

With a density of 120~160kg/m³, the 9mm thick panel weighs only 2~3kg/㎡, featuring high toughness (tensile strength ≥150N/5cm, impact strength ≥10kJ/m²). It can be freely cut into various sizes and installed flexibly (glue, gun nails, keel), without complex base treatment, and its construction efficiency is over 30% higher than traditional sound-absorbing materials.
