Naturewing 2026 Summer Team Retreat: Where Quality Materials Meet Quality People

That’s why, in early August, the entire Naturewing team packed our bags and headed to Anji, Zhejiang — the heart of China’s WPC and bamboo industry, and home to our very own production base.

Known as the “Bamboo Capital of China” and a global hub for WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) innovation, Anji is where nature meets industry. It’s the perfect place to reconnect with our roots — and celebrate how far we’ve come as a manufacturer of premium WPC wall panels, SPC flooring, and sustainable building materials.

Day 1: Walking the Floor, Seeing the Craft
Our retreat kicked off with something every team member holds close to their heart — a deep dive into where it all happens: our factory floor.

For our production team, this was familiar ground. But for colleagues from sales, marketing, and customer service who don’t spend every day on the factory floor, this was a chance to see the craftsmanship behind every Naturewing panel up close.

From raw material compounding and high-temperature extrusion to surface embossing and precision cutting — every WPC wall panel and SPC flooring product tells a story of precision, sustainability, and care. Walking through the workshop, we saw the entire production chain in action: recycled wood fibers and thermoplastics transformed into 100% waterproof, UV-resistant, and fire-retardant building panels.

It’s one thing to know we offer OEM and ODM services with custom sizes, surface finishes, and colors. It’s another to see the craftsmanship in motion — and the pride that every worker takes in their part of the process.

“Seeing our production lines up close, watching how every single panel goes through rigorous quality checks, it really made me appreciate the quality we deliver. Day 2: Bonding, Bites & Belly Laughs
After a morning of factory immersion, we traded hard hats for party hats at a private “Home Party” villa nestled in Anji’s scenic bamboo countryside.

The venue — a sprawling villa with a courtyard, BBQ area, game rooms, and a karaoke lounge — was the perfect setting for team-building with a twist. We kicked off with some light-hearted icebreakers before diving into the afternoon’s main event: a series of team challenges that tested everything from communication to creativity.

As the sun set, the BBQ grill fired up. Colleagues who had been working side by side for months — but rarely outside the office — found themselves bonding over skewers, stories, and the occasional off-key karaoke performance. The night ended with a cozy bonfire session, where team members shared personal reflections on what Naturewing means to them and what they’re most excited about for the year ahead.
