It reaches Class B1 fire rating (oxygen index ≥30) with self-extinguishing feature, and has mold and antibacterial performance (antibacterial rate ≥99%) suitable for high-humidity environments.

It has Shore hardness D65+, impact resistance (≥10J) and wear resistance (wear coefficient ≥0.5), and is resistant to acid, alkali and corrosion.

It can be cut freely with utility knives or electric saws to fit curved, corner and irregular shapes, with no dust or noise during construction. A skilled worker can install 80-100㎡ per day, greatly shortening the construction period.
