Application Scenarios for Common Hardware and Fasteners：

1. Hardware Accessories​

• Wall Panel Fasteners/Clips: Made of stainless steel or galvanized material, available in large and medium sizes, used for non-destructive quick installation of WPC wall panels. Fix one every 400mm or so to facilitate wall panel splicing and installation, saving time and effort.​

• Internal and External Corner Lines: Including covered internal corner lines and external corner lines, mostly made of WPC or metal, with a common length of 3 meters, used for edge closing, protection of internal and external corners of wall panels, and improving decorative aesthetics.​

• Edge Banding Lines, Waist Lines: European or conventional styles, covered material, common length of 3 meters, used for decoration and edge closing of wall panel edges and wall waist lines, suitable for different decoration styles.​

• Door Casings, Window Casings and Corner Guards: Made of wood-plastic or metal material, the common length of corner guards is 2.44 meters, used for decoration and protection at the junction of wall panels and doors/windows to avoid edge collision damage.​

• Baseboards: Made of wood-plastic, plastic or alloy material, common length of 2.2 meters, attached to the junction of the bottom of the wall panel and the ground, covering gaps, pressing the edge of the wall panel, and having both decorative and protective functions.

2. Fasteners

• Wall Panel Nails: Mostly made of carbon steel, stainless steel or galvanized steel, classified by length and diameter. Short nails (10-25mm) are suitable for thin wall panels, and long nails (over 50mm) are suitable for thick and heavy WPC wall panels. In humid environments, stainless steel is preferred for rust prevention. In some scenarios, it is necessary to drill a pilot hole with an electric drill first before screwing in to avoid wall panel cracking.

• Stainless Steel Screws: Used to fix WPC wall panels and keels, they are the core fasteners for WPC wall panel installation. They can effectively prevent rust and ensure fixing stability. No excessive screws are needed during installation; just enough to fix the wall panels.

• Texture Nails: Mostly made of copper or stainless steel with good rust resistance, used with a texture nail gun to fix wall panel edging, corners or auxiliary fixation between wall panels and fasteners.
